This privacy notice covers the current pre-launch Sizzle Spins website and launch-list signup. It will be expanded before any live product collects additional categories of personal information.

Information we collect today

If you join the launch list, we collect the email address you submit along with basic signup context such as the Sizzle Spins domain and the page or source used to join.

Why we use it

We use launch-list information to send Sizzle Spins launch, brand and product updates and to maintain the signup list. We do not need you to create a player account at this stage.

Your choices

You can choose not to join the list. Marketing emails should include a way to unsubscribe. If you ask to stop receiving launch emails, your request should be respected even if some limited records must be retained for operational or legal reasons.

Service providers

Cloudflare handles website delivery and signup requests. Airtable stores launch-list submissions, including your email address and signup source. As Sizzle Spins develops, this notice will be updated to describe relevant categories of providers and international data handling more fully.

Website analytics

This website includes Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and successful launch-list signups. The signup event contains the signup method and page source; the form does not send your email address to Google Analytics.

Security and retention

Reasonable technical and organisational measures should be used to protect launch-list information. Personal information should not be kept longer than needed for the purpose for which it was collected, subject to legitimate operational and legal retention needs.

Before launch

A fuller privacy policy, including contact details, applicable rights and any product-specific data processing, will be published before Sizzle Spins launches a live consumer product.
